MIDDLE SCHOOL ROOMS THAT WERE NOT UPDATED - NOT EXACTLY WASTED SPACE AS THEY ARE USED FOR OTHERS HELPING OTHERS AND ROCKET FOOTBALL.

The Locker Room for Rocket Football (played from September through mid October).  Rocket Football is not a Middle School sport but a club.  Shouldn't the inside matter as much as what is visible to the public on the outside?
