Harper Creek High School held its annual Boot 'em to the Curb campaign at the high school Friday, December 13, 2013. During the activity, students donate money to the Holiday Project and boot their teachers to the curb. Teachers and administrators spend one minute for each dollar donated by students. While on the curb, staff members solicit donations from passersby.
Harper Creek High School adopted 27 families through Santa's Helper this year. Students and staff collected non-perishable foods, clothing, toys, and other necessities for each family. The money collected during Boot 'em is used to purchase coats, mittens, hats, and turkeys for each family.
